Idk What got into me... I've never really been into airguns. I've had a few CO2 BB as a kid but nothing for the last 15yrs or so. So hanging out at my girls house, her brother is always shooting a BB rifle but I didn't want a rifle because of size... I was interested thou, once again.
So I went online to do some research and buy the best value I could find. Lots of FPS was what I was looking for and for the money the Crossman 1377c won. So I kept on reading about it and soon realized I had bought a "Civic of guns" (cars are my other hobby), everything is customizable.
I found this website, found its "vendors" section and went from there. I found all these goodies I wanted, and like any other hobby, when you want top of the line it costs... I tried to keep things within a reasonable budget, whatever that means, you'll see..
Many of the aftermarket parts I initially wanted I could not/did not get either because the fabricator doesn't make it anymore or (mostly) they just don't respond to my emails, oh well, others earned my businesses.
The parts are as follows (in purchased order):
-Crosman 1377c + Skenco Hyper Pellets
-Crosman Steel Breech
-Finish Line Krytech
-Barska Plinker 22 4x32 Scope, didn't really like it
-Muzzle Mac Allen Re-Bolt Kit
-Crosman Premier Super Point Pellets
-Crosman 24" (cut to 17") Barrel w/ Front Fiber Optic Sight and Barrel Band
-Crosmods Flat Top Piston, spring guide, o-rings
-NCStar Bi-pod, crap but I'll use it to zero in the scope
-Crosman 1399 stock, should've answered Gil
-BlueForkDesign Barrel Band
-MellonAir 6"x1" Aluminum muzzle break, Flat Top Valve, Bolt handle #6, SS Long Bolt Probe, Solid pin w/ c-clips
-Crosman SSP, Gamo trial pack, Pellgun oil, RH targets
-Vism 3-9x42 scope w/ Integrated Green Laser
(this last pic is just me messing around, the Vism hasnt arrived yet, i was just holding a handheld laser while taking the pic)
I still want:
-AcCustom Black wire stock
-take the whole thing apart and give it a professional matte black finish
The two parts above will have to wait a few months before i purchase them. I'm going on a 2month vacation and this is the only thing (besides my clothes) I'm taking with me. When I come back I'll get them and do the finishing job.
Meanwhile my scope arrives I already have a question in regards to the muzzle; mine is 6" long, how far down the barrel do i put it?
hope you guys like the build and enjoy the pics...
