Finished beefed up Benji front end...

Got the front end finished. Monday the entire unit will get blasted to prep it for Aluma-Hyde II finish. Also angled the rear of the breech at a 45 degree angle to match the angles going on. Picture doesn't do the job justice. Once blasted all the little soldering bits will go away leaving a nice base for paint.

I don't know where the other forum members disappeared to but your skills never ceases to amaze me... Can't wait to see some pics of the finished product or even before paint...

willing to be wrong (eh, its my natural state...), but doesnt that require "heat curing"?

still going for the parkerized look? Mil-spec 39x? hehehe

...doesn't require heat curing, just about a week of sitting alone. It is an expoy based paint from what I gather.
