It was on my stoop friday when I got home.
Its not as quiet as its big brother, but I'm working that. It does need an HDD,as it came with some air in it, and that of course menas I had to dry fire it. and you can hear it burrrppp as the hammer dancing back and forth.
With a Leapers 3-9x50 IR Mildot scope, at 10 metres it will one ragged hole Beeman FTS, JSB Exacts and Crosman Premiers from the brown box. Predators will fit and shoot fine, the groups arent quite as good, opening up a tad.
And since the gun is using the 22xx grip frame, it suffers some of the same ergonomic issues as the 13xx/22xx platforms do and the 1399 carbine stock is too long. Knew that when I bought it, but it has the foregrip that makes it nice, being almost twice as wide as the airtube, and fills the hand nicely. the pebbled texture helps the grip too.
Got the trigger adjusted well, after getting it bck together (thanx guys for the drawings) and stealing a safety ball from another gun (Thanx to Mike T for the pin suggestion, I'll use that for replacing it in the gun I stole the ball from).
At 29.75 inches long, it is small and handy. I can see it replacing my 2250 in almost every situation (still tied to the pump, and thats the limiting factor).
Great gun out of the box, and a few tweaks to make it even better
