Very nice job. I especially appreciate airgun Pistols. So much forum time spent on rifles it is a real treat to see a truely nice pistol.

Rasies the Tacticool bar, in both concept and execution

Is there about to be a sudden reduction of the local rodent population?

Yes Dan hoping for Squirrel, Pigeons And Rabbits at close range if its not up for the job it will just be a paper puncher .. Don`t know any where around my area where I can get Rats.. Just need to replace all the trigger mechanism since fitting the brass power adjuster and spring and adding the spring guide it has made trigger pull a nightmare...

You Need a P-Rod Grip Frame...

May 20 2012, 7:34 AM

...to complete your beuatiful pistol. The two-stage trigger in the grip is fantastic and may be just what you need to finish off your 2240.

Thanks Larry

Hi Larry

Larry thanks for putting the e-mail together for me looks like this is the way forward for me.. But I am not very good at or not confidant enough to do this work for my self, but lucky I have a friend who would be able to do this for me...Once I have seen it done, I would most likely Understand it and be able to do it myself once shown how.. I have forwarded your E-Mail to him and when I see him next I will chat to him about doing this mod.. Also I have been to the crosman site and tryed to find the part with the part number you gave me but maybe it`s me but I am unable to find the item as I wanted to have a look at a P-Rod grip and see how much one was. when I typed the part number in the crosman search bar it says nothing matches your search ...
P.S
I have not done any machine work to my 2240 at all... I have managed to buy all the parts already done ... also the silencer is a Nur Fur -Luftgewehre or that`s whats stamped on it, it is an awesome silencer got that from the same shop was expensive at £15.00 for the adapter + £75 for the silencer The front barrel band also came from the same shop this is the link to the shop

http://www.trobb.f9.co.uk/...

Thanks again for your help Larry I will get some cash together and make a start on the new grip and trigger .. Have a great week Larry ....
Regards

Will the P rod 3 piece trigger setup, and the adjuster fit a stock frame?

May 21 2012, 3:21 PM

Seems he could easily add a small screw (metric I guess) to the trigger gaurd, and just drop the rest in.

Ive not looked that hard at the grip frame on the P rod.....
