Something that can be made into perhaps 3 pieces with quick detach optics.

What's a bourne identity? Is that like a stolen identity?

This will break down and fit in a brief case...

The stock fits so tight you really don't need the grip screws!

I plink, therefore I am.

maybe small detent latch as opposed to screws

August 1 2012, 2:37 PM

That would work..in the movie " bourne identity" the assasin had a cool takedown sniper rifle.

Better yet...

Think Day of the Jackal. The original not the remake. Very cool, very tiny, very tubular. It broke down and fit in the exhaust system of his car.

Ditch the briefcase

August 2 2012, 11:06 AM

coupel of reasons: first, what do you do with it while your assasinating pidgeons, and _no one_ carries a brief case anymore, sore thumb you will be....

Folding stocks (think Reagan era secret service with UXI's under their coat) and or bullpups......

August 2 2012, 11:36 AM

Adding a folfing or collapsing stock would be the easy part lol.every time i test this this it blows throuh a co2.. gets pricey just for testing a burst.

Re: whats the best model to base a teardown briefcase rifle off of ? think bourne identity!

August 4 2012, 8:41 AM

Plastic part of the stock will unscrew from the socket.
LDC thumb screwed in place.
Scope set up with coin-slot screws (but unless you are exacting, zero suffers).
[IMG][linked image][/IMG]

HiPac conversion has a very small volume, but can put out the energy if you can live with a short-short shot count.
