Vigilante Upgrade

I've been doing some more work on the Vigilante upgrades and now it's turning into a carbine. The photo is of a fit-test for the scope. The first scope was a red dot and it definitely improved the ability to hit a target. I'm now putting together another gun with an 18" barrel and wanted to be able to mount a rifle scope on it when its done. A new rail needs to be made to better accommodate this lower and longer scope using the mounts that I've got. It should be an easy milling job. I'll post a photo here

I've managed to find a potential foible in the operation of the Vigilante pistol. It has to do with the proper working of the detent cylinder. I've laid out the problem and it's fix. Rather than double post it you can find the info at the GTA forum thread linked in the above post. If this breaches forum etiquette please let me know.
