when i launch ATTAC from windows XP i get this message.
This application has failed to start because regina.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
Can not find ATTACv4.dll Exiting Program...
I've tried reinstalling the program to no avail
Attacv4.dll is in my windows/system32 folder.

I am really sorry. I forgot to add that file (regina.dll). I posted a new download. I am using the same version number since no code changed.
