His posts are starting to go over the line. I got kicked off of another forum for posts less offensive than Mundines. I've said nothing to date, but his post about "Liar Papadopoulos" went too far, IMO.

E Tan, E Epi Tas!

hi landos good to see you again.

warnings are handled via e-mail when possible (when we know the e-mail address)  in an effort to handle it privately and to try to maintain the dignity of the poster being warned. if that doesn't work, they are given a warning here. too often on the other forum when someone was warned and the other members knew he was under a warning, other posters would take advantage of that persons vulnerability and turn up the insults a notch knowing he was close to a ban and one more response was surely going to get the target the boot since they were already on a type of probationary status. this happened to hawkss IMO as well as many on the other forum. often no one knows what we are doing behind the scenes.

with that said, I promised when I opened the forum that I would appoint a group to monitor behavior and make decisions while I would take a backseat role. I reluctantly had to edit, lock and ban when the others were inactive. recently, traffic has increased and the administrators have been active again which means I can take a limited role ( working on additions and promotions regarding the website). I am also sensitive to the fact that I am considered (in some cases justifyably so) one of the worst flamers in the history of the other forum so I cannot in good conscience continue to judge others and decide who deserves a warning, ban, etc. I leave those decisions up to a great group of guys with far more credidbility than I. please rest assured that the others will do their job and handle anything they agree is objectionable. they have the ability to block Ip's as well as edit and delete (hence the title of administrator rather than moderator).

with that said, I urge you landos to be your old self and display your opinion as you wish. you were always funny and had intelligent, factual retorts at the ready in any debate but you tried to be far more diplomatic in your last months over there due to the overmoderating that occurred at that site. there is more freedom of expression here and less locking of threads that veer of from military topics to political or cultural for example. take care buddy and thanks for being here.

one thing I forgot, if you should ever find yourself in a debate with an administrator/moderator here, they are not allowed to take action in any thread where they have participated in a debate, another one has to intervene (if its necessary).

LANDOS - That post about liar papadopolous was merely a news article which I posted. Nothing wrong with that. If the worlds media doesnt thinks its offensive to have on their website, why should I?

Thats the only post that you could mention because you got a little offended. That wasnt my intention. I wanted to inform people, thats all.

The other posts that I have posted was Turkish performance in exports and so forth. If that offends you because of jelousy or envy , sorry but thats not my problem.

Rules apply the same for everyone in this forum, if a forumer feels insulted by something, we try to inform the other party to comply if we see that he has violated the rules of net54,

I asked him to change his signature, he hasnt complied so far, and i already warned him,
