I don't do itunes, (yes, I know, I'm a dinosaur. My music is on CD's), but I just can not for the life of me picture this. Is it a political tune? If not, my question is "why?" I can't imagine that she would actually want a career in music.
It's called "Eye for an eye", I don't think it's political but it's very deep sounding. I really didn't expect it to be amazing before I heard it, but it's truly a good song! It's pretty simple to search for, if you don't have itunes, just search itunes on google, download it (very simple and fast download) and search fran drescher, you can listen to a clip of it there. It may even be on youtube by now, check it out=]
Her boyfriend is a big mastering engineer in the music biz. He thought she had a low sexy alto voice. It seems like it was done on a whim, for fun or for the hell of it. According to what I read here anyway.....
Barb,
If you haven't heard it already and go to Youtube and search for "Fran Drescher: An Eye for an Eye song" you should be able tohear the whole song. Or I can send it to you....
Hi! Can anyone send "Eye for an Eye" to me? I can't access iTunes because I'm from the Philippines and I can't access the iTunes store. I listened on YouTube, but I want a clearer copy for my "jukebox" aka my PC.

i liked it. it was pretty good..but i couldn't understand what she said. I love fran drescher o.k. she awesome. but i wanted it to a tad bit more Fran-ish if ya know what i mean. it was good with her voice but i wanted it to be more fun and upbeat just a little to slow and less nasal then i expected. just my view on her song, don't jump down my throat.
No, I couldn't understand a word she said either. And I played it for a non-fan to see what they thought, and the first comment was "What'd she say?" So I think it must be a valid point.
