No I mean it's Implied that he was film only once but many times before we see him in the movie. Like he would have never had the blackout in the first place if he didn't go back in time. So when we see him in the movie for Eyes the first time it's not really the first time. Just a sequence of mistakes, Maybe. Cuz i just thought about that he would have remembered doing it. Since he retains all the memories from all the other lives.

But I do believe that at least once he never had blackouts. That we don't see on film is that he lived his life with these mistakes and he doesn't have the blackouts so he goes back in time the first time to fix it. From then on in his history he can't remember during his childhood becuase of the time travel.
