Dear Sirs,

My client would like to lease SBLC/BG for collateral enhancement purposes, for a period of one year plus one day. This a banking facility granted, therefore my client needs your 100% funding, since he could not provide the Provider with POF and aoutomatically MT 103.

Payment of leasing fee will be done in 2 steps as follows:
(1). 4% fee will be paid against MT 760 after identification and verification. Payment will be done by bank to bank, and bank coordinate and name of its bank officer in charge will be provided in the contract agreement. Verificaton could be done thru the Bank Officer in charge for the client.

(2). The balance of leasing fee and commision for the brokers will be paid within 21 banking days by ICBPO.

If you could assist him and accept the above term of payment, please let me know your other terms and conditions for this transaction. My client needs BG/SBLC of USD 1 Billion to be issued in trenche of USD. 200 M.
