If I remember right they offer since somewhere in May Portland Cement 42.5 and 32.5 CIF any port with a minimum of 12.500 metric tons per shipment or so. (do not hold me to it, not sure if I'm uptodate there since I do not trade commodities and rely on my register). The problem seems to be that they are brokers which stick to a procedure which does not work and have only a loose commitment from a supplier. The people in our network who trade commodities discarded them for that reason but they have not put any warning up.
