We request for a Pension Fund Portfolio:
MTN - seasoned and cash backed, unsubordinated senior bank instrument rated AA or better, issued by a top world bank. Face value up to 50B, denominated in USD, EURO or GBP, 7.5% interest rate, purchase by Euroclear screen, verify, block and pay.
Our buyer submits Purchase Order/Contractual Agreement and FPA and the seller issues a Corporate Invoice including ISIN/CUSIP, SKR, Euroclear Access, Release and Blocking Codes, etc.
After the Euroclear screen authentication, validation and verificatio, the buyer's bank will lodge a Buy Ticket on behalf of the Pension Fund Portfolio to receive the instrument and make the payments.
