We have access to two serious and reliable EUROPs (a Trust and a Group of Banks). We are interested in a real USDP. We need an offer from the USDP to proceed. All the sensitive documents will be exchanged only through the principals or mandates. We need to be contacted only by the principal or mandate. No chain of intermediaries will be accepted. We can send our standard contract to be reviewed, signed and returned.
It is very strange. All the so called USDPs having contacted us so far refused to disclose their identity. As we all know if a seller has something for sale there is no problem for him to disclose his identity and show his commodity, especially as the commissions are paid by the EUROP and there is no case of circumvention. I suppose that there are no real USDPs in the market but only fraud attempts and broker stupid games. Can anyone prove the contrary and accept a real deal?

You working with Trust and a Group of Banks and you request an offer from a "principal" (i think in this case you mean also Bank or Trust as Counterpart) or through their Mandate (I think in this case you mean an authorizate Security Brokerage House or Lawyer Group).

Do you really believe that Bankers or Trust Fund Manager working through you (even i am sure you are not the authrorizate Mandate) searching a Counterpart using a Free Web Trade Board for exchange Millions of USD?

Naturally the consortium has been having its own deals directly but they do not mind extra deals provided we can introduce real USDPs. BR.

Look if you closed a 50b deal as a broker you would not be telling any internet chat forum Unless you are not aware tax officers, Finance Authorities etc read this board and can trace u in seconds to make sure you have met and paid your legal responsibilities.
Secondly, if you have closed a 50b dollar deal you would not be on this board seeking more business through what you describe as a forum of brokers

ah Santa, I always wanted to see Rudolf, anyway, hope things do not get out of hand during the holidays, tax day is coming and the last days of the year are pretty busy in making balance sheet adjustments.
My table if flowing over but still I let not get a transaction over my desk where we pay in a forex more than 2 to 5 pips in brokerage fees, if there is a need for brokers and since the amounts are a bit on the large side and supervision is tight, I guess it comes at no surprise that anyone making money is known to the authorities.
Sure there is tax planning and no tax avoidance and proper jurisdictional information filing in place, no such thing as a free ride.
ah and one thing, if brokers are used the principal usually does not take it kindly if the broker talks.

Fact #1: Daily Forex trade is $3tn dollars per day.
Fact #2: If someone traded $50bn dollars in currencies, that person would be (a) Taking time off to celebrate the Holidays. (b) Wouldn't be soliciting more business in a free forum--cheap route ! and (c) Would have knowledge of where to go and where "not to go"...if you get my point.

50 B deal closes with 0.025% (Fee Split with 15 Brokers between) you earned 12.5 Million of USD in Commission (At least)
With 12.5 Million USD i would have enough "Financial Background" to enjoy the Christmas Holiday (as already Calyfornia said) on the Bahamas and would offer my Commission to a good Trading House to work out a moderate Portfolio.
But to let us all know that searching through a Trade Board will help you to find a serious Counterpart for the business is a joke.

I am not going to go on reading and answering your stupid comments. Read them again and you can see how right I am. he is trying to close one of the most illusive transactions in the world
that of a Euro provider trying to buy discounted dollars from a Dollar Provider.
I am heavily into FX and know the whole story, but that is a world removed from the fantasy dreamland of deep discounted dollars.
Here we have a broker who is try to close a transaction that the Fed and SEC will jump on immediately. They are trying to get someone to sell Dollars at a price below that of the Currency Exchange Rate. How many people here can honestly put their hands up and say they have closed such a transaction or even profited from one. Answer please on the back of a stamp.
As a registered firm we have guidelines as to how to deal with this type of nonsense.
It never happens and for someone to come to this board and state that they have closed a 50b transaction is utter lunacy. To be fair, he has not stated what type of business his consortium has closed. But it certainly has not been in currency discount market. Such a deal would be heavily reported and investigations would be ongoing within the banking system as to how an individual/group was allowed by its bank to sell dollars below the market value. Does he really think such a transaction would slip by unnoticed by the regulatory authorities???
Finally, the press and media would be on this story continuously because of the damage such a transaction would cause to the US economy.
Perhaps, we are dealing with the replacement for Conrad Black here.
AGT get real stick to your oil and as DD said enjoy your hard earned cash with a holiday and invest your profit wisely. People on this board are not all teachers,. We have a view and do not like misrepresentation on the board. I have seen several other boards close down because of such nonsense and do not wish to see this board go the same way. So present a reasonable deal with facts and you will be surprised how much help you will get and probably close a real deal with a lot of professionals on this board.
