look at the first page of http://www.egazette.com.sg/Document/gg/2006/063020.pdf, there is a reason why he is using Malaysia, and no the facility why given in writing does not have the sigatures and verificatio codes for the amouts necessary and are just issued as a blanket ad there is no track record
