The instrument must be screenable and verifiable before any contract can be entered into. I am prepared to guarantee the issuance of a FPA agreement to whatever broker/principal can provide such an instrument. This is strictly a one off request. The instrument is required for a property portfolio to assist the client in development across several country boundaries.

sounds very much like the friend of mine who actually invented a new element out of the blue gave it plasma characteristics ((plasma is above 100M Celsius), radioactive with a medium live span of about .5 seconds, promised to deliver it in wooden craddles packed in bottles of PB crystal with an origination in Russia at a couple of million USD per gramm at a minimum of 1 Kilogram.

He actually got offers for it......
