Members, we have received a very interesting offer of an English Championship club for sale or looking for overseas investors.
Having checked out the club and its potential it strikes us a being an excellent opportunity for investors, or perhaps some of the slicker brokers out there may have some ideas in funding based on their ''investment partners/programmes/funds availability''
Including TV rights, the ground being in the ownership of the club and several promising players whose values are on the up, it looks like an opportunity for someone interested in this type of sport.
Over time this would obviously be a big earner for a broker, but no up front fees will be entertained. All the figures are produced and approved by the FA and its accounting bodies and are only available for inspection to a proven potential client/investor.
As we are handling the deal for the club concerned we obviously cannot be in both sides. genuine enquiries and proposals are most welcome.
Please no short two or three lines messages. This is a serious offer and we expect serious responses in return. Any interesting , valid proposal will be responded to in full through our in house legal team.

three of our senior partners own together 2 of the European Championship clubs and to me they have been a nightmare of legal and financial and tax structures, from the beginning to the maintenance and adjustments. For that reason I would not touch them with a long pole, but I learned you need to be a fan to endure, even if it is profitable, so since I do not hold a fan position..............

hold the same thoughts myself, however have learned that in the UK clubs with potential seem to be able to maintain a pretty reasonable profit return. Agreed it is not overnight and instant, it is definitely for the people who want to play and gamble. But to some this effort can be rewarding and perhaps similar to a toy.

There are a few Championship clubs that are quite lucrative and some have seen significant gains in their stock values. Some of the recently promoted clubs like Sunderland would be great targets. A lot depends on the club and their ability to draw large home crowds.

One time he was in talks to sell may-be 10-15%.
Next time he has been offered 400 mln, declined it with "as being in dreams of heaven of true value"
Now he decided to buy another 50% himself from another co-owner for undisclosed price. That's why the bid is now 800mln.
So, someone wanna to outbid? Can help, little bit, like JP Morgan for 2$ per share for BS (98.7% low of April market value).
