Hello, my client is looking for an equity investor or debt funding for a aircraft project involving the roll-up and acquisition of a number of small aircraft manufactures. Initial investment needed will be between $5 million and $10 million. This is a US-Texas based project with the blessings of city officials and politicians.

Why don't you use your Citibank Singapore CD's as collateral, or any of your other banking instruments you had access to.

We have direct access to the above mentioned CDs or BOGs priced at 75+1 with a repurchase in one year at 100% of face value. These do require that the buyer show financial capability of some sort(proof of credit line, BCL,tear sheet, LOA, etc). Once they show capability the seller will have the instruments issued and delivered. If they can do that we can close a deal. $2b+
