On the other hand there seems to be a registration with CG&SES.

In regards of the structure I believe they are using a gray area by establishing the relation in the form of an account when you actually have a cooperative association as vehicle, but frankly if some one wants to use them instead of the more established firms thats their decicion. Given the amounts this can reach under the current pricing its something to consider.
