The problem being, that none of these people offering the Instruments seem to ever be able to show any evidence that they have real control/ownership of the Instruments. And all seem so far removed from the actual owner (assuming there really is any Instruments of offer), that any communications end up being lost into the "broker blackhole" and played with as they all try to add their "squillions" in fees to anything that is real. Ha, again even assuming there is ever anything real behind their offers.

Dear Sir,

All the professionals know that the direct sellers and buyers do not meet in the internet; they meet only through their banks. However, we can have close contacts with sellers and buyers. You want proof of the instrument and I want proof of an existing buyer. Considering this type of offer your buyer should accept it as it is. Unless he does, no problem, there are a lot of interested buyers who can do that.

Respectfully,
AGTCONSULT

You will not sell this instrument or any instrument in the manner in which you posted.

Unless the POF is only sent to the bank and not a broker.

Most genuine buyers, buy through their banks and these banks have specialized departments to source these instruments on screen. They also want to see the issue on screen, you claim it is SS so therefore must be registered somewhere. Normal practice is to view the instrument, place an order and then purchase against the invoice on a DVP basis.

Finally, last point, plus 1 indicates clearly that there are non registered brokers involved. No bank will pay this fee. Considering that their fees is based on very low basis points structure.

Good hunting report back if you sell, remember such large volume sales are screened and tracing does not present a problem.

I agree, but this is the offer. A buyer can be interested or not. I am not obliging anyone to purchase.

Dear Sir, As I previously emphasized I was not going to force anyone to buy. However, any professional can easily understand that it is an excellent offer. My asociate who is the gatekeeper to the seller has always introduced only serious and performing seller and I have no doubt that the present seller is a performing one. It is an offer for those buyers who are unable to get to banks or finance companies directly, or simply do not want that, but who are financially capable to buy such an instrument. That is why POF is required as a proof of buyer's capability to purchase; it is BCL or MT 103. We are not in a hurry, there are real buyers who will contact me when they really need such an instrument and will have no problem to issue POF as they are real buyers.
Thanking you all for understanding, Sincerely, AGTCONSULT

MT103 as POF????

March 12 2008, 5:49 AM

What is your understanding of this terminology and its usage?

If your seller is requesting MT103 as POF.... while, its an indication that he/she knows NOTHING, has NOTHING, ... another bunch of wannabe seller/broker and one that intends to do a quick flip without ever pumping a single penny for the papers.

Why all those "quick-big-bucks" offers miss always some important piece of information?

What is the term-to-maturity of these MTNs (or allegedly bonds)?
There was stated interest rate - 7.5%. What is actual coupon payment and how often is it? (quarterly, half of year or one time per year?)

Based upon that the society or members of forum would be able to calculate themselves by common efforts - YTM - yield-to-maturity.

These numbers 61+1 and 7.5% does not persuade enough or make "Ah-oh-o" impression without above said.

Sorry.

Yield to maturity (YTM) is the yield promised by the bondholder on the assumption that the bond will be held to maturity, that all coupon and principal payments will be made and coupon payments are reinvested at the bond's promised yield at the same rate as invested. It is a measure of the return of the bond. This technique in theory allows investors to calculate the fair value of different financial instruments. The YTM is almost always given in terms of annual effective rate.

Term to Maturity - The remaining life of a financial instrument. In bonds, it is the time between when the bond is issued and when it matures (maturity date), at which time the issuer must redeem the bond by paying the principal (or face value).

The amount of time left on the term of a bond before it matures.

So you have it from the "gatekeeper" (first sign of joker brokered deal) that is real.

Why would someone send an MT 103 as a proof of funds?

Of course, MT 103 cannot be a guarantee as this SWIFT message instructs a funds transfer. The requested guarantee is BCL. As to the other comments from other clever fellows in the forum I would better refrain from any other further comment. The details will be provided only to those buyers proving that they seriously want to buy. AGTCONSULT.

So lets get this right. You "forgot" what an MT103 is?

Me thinks you've cut and pasted your whole life on this board. You never have anything real, whether its your oil trading from non existent supply, or currency that you don't have now you're on notes that you don't have, have to go through the gatekeeper, the overlord and the grandmaster before visiting vishnu and several other gods prior to your entry into the quickie mart.

Stop your online fantasy, or write something more appealing.

Tony Cohen Enriquez Iglesias is one of the world's top bankers. Specializing in huge deals of monolithic proportion.

If I ally myself with him, I am sure I can bring in millions per day, much like he does.

On the agtconsult front:

Now I am a liar because I called you out for your bogus postings??

Your gatekeeper asks "whats your favorite color?"

You keep popping up, each time with a more fantastic and less plausible offer. Now you're selling "notes" at super discount, yet you don't have the slightest clue how actual brokerage of these notes takes place.

If someone had these MTNs at 61, they could call up any number of securities dealers and unload them in a second.

Move on.

HA -- more laughs from the idiot offering MTN. HA - - of course he will supply a Term Sheet == and of course that will only be after the idiot expects somebody is going to send him POF. These people make me laugh and their tiny brains make them incapable of admitting that they are just fools. Stupid people don't concern me all that much, its the stupid people that think they are smart that concern me. There are some very competent and intelligent people that post here - unfortunately the idiots keep swarming around and that makes 99% of the stuff posted here as totally worthless junk. And when these idiots are asked to take legal responsibility (not just their dumb statements such as "yes - the offer is real - I am direct to the seller" type comments) they run for cover and on the flip side - they are all sticking their hands out for their "billions" in fees -- ha they are most likely totally unaware of the requirements for anyone to be paid a "fee" in these deals. But the idiots still keep sending out their worthless documents.

I have applied for a job at Wells Fargo, I am waiting to hear back. I want to be more like you, able to leap tall buildings, be a billionaire who does his due diligence in joker-broker internet forums.

I think that I will find my "robin" someone to match Thomas Wolff, maybe it could be bluebadboy, in Cheltenham, business for an unlicensed caravan-pikey must be slim.

I want to talk about my foundation. The Banderas Family Trust.

First established in 1564 we were a family of pirates, I personally knew Long John Silver and Captain Morgan. We started our trust to help those that were more fortunate than ourselves to make more gallion. It was a difficult quest as the internet had not been invented, and pretending to be things actually required disguises.

We toiled in obscurity for 500 years, then finally, with Tony Iglesias as our model, we become the hugest family trust in the world!!!

If you are not connected to the fantasy family trust due diligence service, you will not find us. But, if you wear your aluminum foil hat, rabbit ears from a TV, stand outside when the moon is full and tune all of your televisions to the same channel you will be in for a HUGE suprise.

The Antonio Herskovitz Banderas family trust is open for business again.

My family thanks you:

My sister - Jennifer Herskovitz Lopez Banderas Cheech Marin, she is our house counsel. She get here degreee from prestigious school that she saw advertised in a matchbook.

My father - Julio Martinez Shlomo Herskovitz Banderas, he is the godfather of our family, he once ate a whole pizza -- BY HIMSELF

Soon we will have more, to join our trust, it only cost you 5M USD, but we give you at 15/10 discount so you will be rich!!!!

All of the content of the message is derived from things you've written. Be it your imaginary trust, your "sister", or "daughter" or "wife" or whatever she is.

The best though is when you and Thomas Wolff have your conversations in here for the benefit of all to read (what I call the TRBDD pump job).

You really are the master. From your masquerades to your blatant lies and forgeries, you're a man to be envied.
