I have a client with Polish bonds that have a total face value 40 million. The client is seeking a loan against them.
The bonds were issued in 1931. They are municipal bonds backed by the city of Warsaw. The bonds are in the Polish language. They are at an insurance company in Florida USA
If anyone can assist me in accomplishing the task of securing funding, it will be appreciated. I have the images of the bonds if interested. I don't have the true English translation.

Alfred:

Banks do not accept historical bonds to work out a Securities backed Lending. In fact there are also no any invidiual Investor or Group who may be interested on this deal. (what is my personal knowledge)

But this is not only for your Polish Bonds as also for historical Railway Bonds, Petrobas Bonds, etc..

Very difficult as impossible to development a Loan against.
