Last time biggest Gas & Oil corp. representatives requested more detailed info about plants which were there for sale....

As Richard has correctly stated, these sovereign wealth funds ain't spending times on this forum nor any other of equal form.

And if you dig further into the organization of these sovereign wealth funds, you will discover that all these are managed by top professionals in banking, investments, etc...
