We want to buy a Comercial building. amounting $600m, how we can find the loan to pay to the owner of the bulding? we can issue a BG or SBLC against the loan from a normal bank not from top bank.

do a private structured debt placement via the bank, include a managed sinking fund, then use the sinking fund as an incentive and back up for a mortgage solution, so in part financing through backed up and guaranteed profit sharings.
difficult but doable if you have the right contacts
