There is a program offering bank insturments by this company. Does anyone know of their existence? Do they have the capabaility of providing cash backed instruments from top 25 Western European Banks..Please let me know asap.

Getting commercial from banks can be easily done if you had the money.

There is no need to go through any companies or brokers.

open an account with any major, deposit your funds, and speak to the treasuary dept.
