Does anyone have any information on Global Properity Network Funding LLC (http://globalprosperityfundingnetwork.com/ -- but you need a password to access the site)? The company is located in Illinois and run by a motivational speaker. Also, any info on SBLC Financing (http://www.sblcfinancing.com)? Proof of Funds LLC (www.pofllc.com)? Does anyone have experience with their programs, etc.?

I have my doubts about SBLC Financing. Those guys are commercial mortgage brokers, and I
wonder if they've ever really closed an LC deal. I've read their material and I get the sense
they're just another broker, not an actual provider.

You don't say what you're trying to accomplish, but you may already know as a rule of thumb,
leased LCs are only good for credit enhancement, not project finance or investment.

Unless you're using pofs or SBLCs for credit enhancement rather
than project finance or investment, I'd steer clear of
them in general, and SBLC Financing in particular.

Those guys are commercial mortgage brokers, and I don't
think they're direct providers for LCs, and I wonder
whether they've ever closed a deal. Their material
way oversimplifies the process, which always makes me
suspicious.

I suggest you take the money you want to send, go to a homeless shelter, get on the roof and throw it over edge, at least you have made some peoples day, can feel good about yourself and saw something you hardly ever saw before and can tell about it.

You want to find out if their offer is true because their website is nice? The product you speak about is very near to participation in a very problematic set up, people who tried to use it are generally not coming forward, you wonder why?

What about a call into your local business crime division and a discussion with a banking lawyer, oh yes, what are you going to tell them? that you want to use a proof of funds from a third party to trigger a transaction in which you want the counterparts believe it is your money?

Do yourself a favor, sit back think it through without the rose colored classes and try to make good old common sense out of it (I know I said he died some time ago, and try to use the remnants in Occam's Razor), break down the transaction in every small step you can think about and look at every one of them on a risk perspective, only after you have done that look at the big picture and ask yourself if you want that risk.

Good luck!

Phylllis,

Richard said it in one way, I'll say it in another:

Don't give SBLC Financing a dime. Period.

SBLC Financing does not take money from Clients. Never have and nerve will. We are a service with direct ties to providers like it states on the website.

LEGAL/PENALTY NOTICE!

We are not Certified Financial Advisors, Securities Brokers or Stock Brokers. We are business consultants and intermediaries who provide advice to private individuals on or about business matters. The information presented is not in anyway considered or intended to be a solicitation of funds and is intended only as general knowledge. We have no ties to Global Prosperity or POF. These are third parties with services that have nothing to do with SBLC Financing. We do not make Guarantees... there is no Guarantees we can make in this business. The Guarantee comes from the Trader or Provider themselves to the Client. We just cause Introduction. It's up to the client to do their own DD on the Providers they choose to work with after they get all the facts.

What good are you if you yourself do not provide any DD on the providers?
