Cu63 / Cu65

I have received a few enquiries regarding credit lines against Cu63/65. Initial investigation into this product has not produced much workable information, including reliable price data.

Can someone please explain whether this is doable and if it is - how

Its possible to do it but the product needs to be in a bank required storage all cost and expenses paid, or the borrower has to do a securitization which in the current climate will be expensive and needs a sinking fund; it depends what your client wants to do with the money etc. The set up fees for this could be high since the bank or lender will insist that the borrower will pay these himself and they not be charged at closing. However it would not be the first one; difficult but possible, between us it will be getting more difficult by the day for 2008
