Is you bank willing to take less if you pay off your commerical mortgage

If you bank is willing to reduce your commerical mortgage 10 million or more we can provide you with the mechanism to pay the bank off within 20 days.
We do not take any equity, we only charge interest on the funds and a fee for our services. You must have good bank relations.
