There is a "Rumour" that 1B of T Bills is floating around Joker Brokers

in Russia.

His name was mentioned and we all know where to buy it so why is he

trying to get it in the Joker Broker World.

I have never delt with this gentlemen, and for all we know,

his name is being used by scammers.

Will, many thanks for your response. I have been forwarded emails from Richard with regard to some T-bills which he is looking to buy. Probably the same bonds you mention in your email. This paper is easy to source.....but it is not easy to source at the heavy discount to par which they are looking for!

Joker is a very apt description!

With T bills at a high, I do not believe in having deep discounts

on such notes.

The likely hood of such a deal is that it is a clone of a real issue.

China is now the largest holder of such notes and are buying.

I really doubt the authenticity of it.

Try a 541 and you see the sellers have a billion reasons as to why they

cannot and want a " Contitional 103 " to transact.

We all know that there is no such thing as a contitional 103 and yet the

game Joker Brokers play go on.

Something smells, don't you think so?

Hi Will, thanks for your post. I have no idea what half of your post means in terms of a "541" or a "continental 103"! I'm just a broker of derrivative based products, and the odd vanilla EMTN, so these terms are a bit gobblydegook!

However, we all know that 2 year t-bills are trading over par yet still these jokers want to buy at massive discounts????

I have never heard of clones of t-bills though. Do you mean fakes?

G

MT 541 is receive against payment

Conditional 103 ( money transfer ) Does not exist

Clones, means T bills are real but the seller is not the owner and

upon checking authenticity, it may check out all right but upon the

time of delivery, they go missing and the buyer may be out

on a limb.

EMAIL copies of transmission may arrive but the note itself will not as

Email copies of transmission may or generally are Fakes.
