the above website is implying all transactions relating to the above are illegal as well as claiming none are fed or bank approved.

where are these guys putting all this info out there and what is the angle they comming from?

this is such a grey area.

what they describe and talk about is the broker talk structures and yes what they say is true, it does not exist.

There are structures which do exist, but I have been saying for a long time that they are different and they are well regulated and policed and most of them are no brokerage field for non-institutional parties, the details may be difficult but the structures are pretty easy, no big deal in itself just bigger amounts in volume, given that there is more than 2 Trillion USD volume in forex every day, that should not surprise you.
