as far as I remember I have not asked for any fees in any forum ever and frankly don't need them, I also do not post everywhere(this forum, banking forum, sapphire forum), however there are a lot of Richard Ludwigs in the world, I don't care, what I say is that no one who invests money will apply, investors need to be courted and serious investors ask for business plans etc........, may be you can answer that before shooting of.....by the way you may find that I'm not offering any services nor due diligence, but may hint you in a specific direction of an investor, surprise, do not even ask for a fee.....

The reason he needs equity investor is because no bank will touch him with a ten foot pole.
Cash is king now and to be uppity at this time will not get the ear of any investor.

The major banks will compete strongly to get these on their balance sheets as the new system to be established by banks will require asset backing on their balance sheets of hard assets replacing the plethora of worthless paper banks have been exchanging for some time.

Sounds like someone throwing stones Richard, I know Richard and he is one of the most honest people in the business. We might not always agree on things but you Mr. Smith are barking up the wrong tree you need to rethink your game plan before you talk sh*t about Richard or anyone else in this group have your facts straight.
Next i have sevreal people that could invest in this but they do not apply for anything, the people that apply are the ones wanting the money. Next if this is on the up and up then there are sevreal need information to even put capital into this type of deal which you should be offering. So before you attack a professional learn your job a little better.

I know for a fact who this Mr. Smith is and some have used another name out of Houston. He is one that is checking to see who is dealing straight forward and he offices out of 2500 East T.C. Jester Houston, TX 77008. I dont even want my name on here dealing with this and I would suggest that everyone tread very very lightly.
