I think that you are meaning the One Million Pound Note that has been
canceled on oct 6 1948.
The us largest note is a woodrow face one hundred thousand dollars, circa
1934, I think.
There is one issued on the value of the American Dream by Franklin Mint.
That is of no commercial value and is a souvinier note.
To my knowledge, there is no such denomination.

Currency notes of denominations above $100 are not available from the Department of the Treasury, the Federal Reserve System, or the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. On July 14, 1969, the Department of the Treasury and the Federal Reserve System announced that currency notes in denominations of $500, $1,000, $5,000, and $10,000 would be discontinued immediately due to lack of use. Although they were issued until 1969, they were last printed in 1945.
These notes are legal tender and may be found in circulation today; however, most notes still in circulation are probably in the hands of private numismatic dealers and collectors. If you are interested in purchasing these larger denominations, it is suggested that you contact private dealers or collectors who are usually listed in the classified section of the telephone directory under the headings of Coins and Hobbies.
above is the official line from the US treasury. These larger notes are not acceptable by any bank across the counter for exchange and can only be dealt with direct at the offices of the United States treasury upon appointment. There is a list of people still holding these notes available to the treasury.
The rest is fools gold, people chasing a dream. Like antique dealers, searching for the one big one to light up their life. If you have a million dollar note, suggest you take it to the UST and see how far you get. They have a list of the genuine ones still in the hands of collectors, if your numbered note is not on the list, enjoy San Quentin. Sadly Johnny Cash wont be there to sign for you.
