Richard, these people have proposed a corporate payment draft, bill of exchange for funding a real estate project for a friend of mine. my backgroung as a bank examiner and banker makes me question how one would moneify such a document which has a benificiay as payee and is not drawn against any bank or account?????? comments please

I just profilered the web site it appears to be a CIA company and john the bill of exhange is a method of electronic money laundering so after reading your tex message yes its a Government Agency "The Company" source income electronic moneylaundering.

The whole affair is a no go, not because it may be a government sting (its far to badly set up for that), the basic scheme does not work because there is no rating, no back up and no real base, the point is that it is a deep black hole without any security, so market acceptance for anything coming out of that direction is zero
