Do anybody know which bank or financial institution or private lender could finance a RE project in Europe (in this case is Italy) if we own the land on where it will be realized?

One of my Group worked with a financing company in Italy (Assolombarda) some years ago. He was in the rating analysis for companies that wanted to access financing.
He has still contacts there.
If you are interested I can make you speak with him. Now he is in the RE field and maybe he can help you.

Thank you guys.
What about non italian banks but operating for italian projects? They could be ok too, perhaps better, as they are more aggressive then italians and they are used to operate in this field (english, swiss, german,etc...)
...unfortunately in our country banks are not so open minded !!!
