That is why they are selling now Crude Oil Refinery in EU (Europe) with capacity of 84000 bpd (barrels per day)and sea-front till June 2009. Approximate price is about 1 bln EUR

is titled "power plants around the world" a power plant is not an oil refinery. So someone wants a billion Euros for a oil refinery that really isn't an oil refinery at all?

(+) Yes, you are observant. Actually its 150 Mw auxiliary power plant which was built within area of Oil Refinery to supply it with electricity.

1 bln is the idea of price based upon recent similar acquisition made by another major.
