Someone could make a few dimes of % on MTN

In according to Today's info in case of change of owners of some Eastern bank what is going to happen, its
MTN- Eurobonds of 125 mln EUR - which is due to payment in 2010 at par value is to be payed now (after change of owners) at 101%.
Yesterday banks Bonds was traded at 50% of its value.
