So, you do not want a broker to assist you in your purchase of "fresh cut" (sic) bank guarantees? And, you want to pay the price you have shown as your target price?

Well, what I am about to bring to your attention is done with the best intentions in mind.

"You need a broker" to guide you through your madness.

A provider will read your street lingo and simply (a) ignore you (b) laugh his ass as he is ignoring you and (c) walk away from you, laughing.

Fact #1: Fresh Cut
This is a sure sign you know nothing about what you are trying to accomplish. Enter into a purchase contract with a financial institution to obtain "new issue" bank obligations.

Fact #2: The price you seek
So, you are trying to purchase "fresh cut" BG from a non-rated (or "C" at best) bank? Real S&P A rated banks will engage in a purchase/sale transaction with a qualified, experienced and accredited investor and the price for a one year, zero interest BG will be around 92% to 95% of FV.

Should I continue?

Happy Hunting!

Okay, you asked for it.

Fact #3:
The seller dictates the procedures for this type of transaction. The buyer does not.

Fact #4:
Cash is king. Although there are financial institutions that may "sell" you a bank note in exchange of another asset (real estate, diamonds, gold, et al), cash is preferred.

Fact #5:
Most real bank note issuers, would like you to open an account at their bank, so the whole transaction can take place in-house. You open an account, deposit the fund in your account, the banker issue presents you with the purchase contract, you sign the agreement, make the payment in-house and the BG is allocated to your account. Now, if you want the bank to provide you with additional services (e.g.: SWIFT services) an additional fee will be incurred by you (if requested).

Fact #6:
Real transactions do not take place via cyberspace. 99.9999% of the offers you will see in cyberspace are a complete waste of time (for you and everyone involved). Consult your banker if you want real results. But, first, learn the correct terminology so you won't sound like a fool when you ask for the proper service department at your bank.

Happy Hunting.
