UBS has a court hearing next week for refusing to hand over data of more than 50000 customers residing in the US, the Swiss government has been telling UBS that they will seize the database and will not allow illegal disclosure under Swiss law.
Considering the internationally known omnipotent god like status and habits of US judges, an expensive settlement can be foreseen.
