Any firm making this statement on its website is going to make readers somewhat skeptical.
"......As IBC-Offshore is privately owned and Incorporated in full compliance with the very strict privacy laws in existence throughout the global offshore finance marketplace to include locations such as Switzerland, Isle of Man and the Caribbean it is not possible for us to provide any specific information regarding not only our organization but any 3rd parties to include our funding sources, clientele, vendors, lawyers, accountants, employees, finances, etc. in writing. It is however possible to release some of this information in person but even then only in a verbal form...."
Nothing prevents a company from providing details of its accountants or its lawyers or indeed its finances, unless it has a specific reason for not doing so. That specific reason could be bona fide, but then again it may not.
I am not aware of any of "the very strict privacy laws" to which the website refers. Companies incorporated in some Caribbean jurisdictions are not required by Law to prepare or file accounts but the ultimate beneficial owner(s) of the company will be known, but not necessarily disclosed unless some illegal activity is suspected.

This is Paul Tomasi's company/operation in the Bahamas--South Carolina!!!
He demands up- front fees then never ever delivers!!
I myself reported him to the FBI Agent in Augusta GA, who also covers
South Carolina and Southern USA.
Will I will have to go back and find my emails from this guy demanding up-front fees!!!
Also, there was a young victim that posted a lot of info on this guy----as this young victim lost everything--had to declare bankruptcy!!!
Be very careful Tomasi is very slick!!!
All the best,
Mike
