Mr. Faye,

You haven't given enough information for anyone to determine whether they can help you.
You would at least need to specify which bank the LC is from and whether he is the actual
owner of the LC, or whether he has simply leased it.

If he fully owns it and it's from a top bank, it shouldn't be too difficult to arrange a loan against it.
If it's leased, I would say you're pretty much out of luck.

beside the missing of the terms of the lc and the issuer data my advise is to go back to the issuer and ask for a loan, what you are searching is not available for that amount and a risk acceptable to an administrative unit for schools.

Why would someone who runs medical schools want to enter a BS "lucrative" PPP???? When will people get it into their thick heads that "risk-free" and "lucrative" are not compatible!!

Chad, all ready to go. Once we receive an offer that is acceptable, it is all systems go.

I wonder what type of conditions were placed on the LC.

By the way, here is a message from G_Kid to Chad:

I think after goofing with the signature line "G" that maybe you played with the wrong Box..

As for the PPP.... funds... are we raising the funds through the sale of a rented car?
