Thanks Will. He seems to bring a lot to the table, but then moves the goal posts afterwards!

So he is one of those...Negotiate Terms.. to only push for more afterwards... negotiate to re-negotiate..

Some / Most people dont do business just to do business.. some / most would captialize at the expense of the other party.. just to create trash..

Or over leveraged deals.. that then crumble.. in a good market never mind the blow back suffered during our lil BalckSwan event..

Thanks for the heads up on the time waster.. I will add his name to the negotiate to re-negotiate, time waster self entitled, screw whoever for whatever he can squeeze from them... list.

Be well you Two, JW

There are people that are in business not to make money...but, to make more friends.

lives in Spain, operates from Gibraltar
Company is Everglade Holding LLC, a Delaware company, headquarters in Gibraltar, mainly Portland Cement and Steel to Portugal, Spain, Iran, Syria etc; second company is
European Contracting Group and European Contracting Group Worldwide seems to be headquartered in Madrid, Spain, seems to be in real estate in Spain, Morrocco and Mexico.
He claims to work with Prime Global Commodities Trading Limited (PGCT) subsidiary of Prime Partners Limited (Cyprus). PGCT is incorporated in the UK with head office at 122 Wigmore Street, W1H London. Other subsidiary companies are, Prime Global Properties Limited, Prime Global Consulting Limited, Panamax Properties Limited, and Prime Pulp & Paper Limited.
He is Vicepresident of Family of Hope is a Swedish registered charity foundation with head office at Fleminggatan 18, 60224 Norrköping, Sweden. The foundation was founded by Mr. Lennart Ek.
He is a board member of Foltenberry Trust registered in Liechtenstein with main office on Herrengasse 22, 9400 Vaduz, Liechtenstein. The trust is the family trust of the British industrialist Mr. William Foltenberry, currently most beneficiaries live in the Bahamas or some Caribean Island.
when asked he quotes References as follows:
Fredrik Faberklev has had the great honour to work with, and/or socialize privately with, amogst others, the following persons:
HM Queen Shebah Debra Amalia Kasambur´Ra. Queen of the ancient country Nubia.
HM Prince Baghrat de Bagracion. Prince of Georgia who lives in exile in Madrid.
Count Hans T. Laarisch.
Anthony J. Carton. Danish/irish banker, private advisor to HM Prince Khalifa of Abu Dhabi.
George Capello. Italian/american banker. He was a Vice President of banks like Citibank, First Bank of Denver and Credit Suisse. He was also an advisor to HE the Shah of Iran.
Thomas af Riddarsporre.
Just for the record as far as I know, there is no kingdom of Nubia nor a prince of Georgia, the Count is dead and Mr. Capello while living in London does not seem to remember him and Mr. Riddarsporre is mainly interested not to hear from him. Also for the record Prime Global Commodities Trading is overdue for some years on accounts.European Contracting Group is a UK ltd.a fully exempt company.
He quotes himself his contact details as:
Avda. Ricardo Soriano 22, 29600 Marbella (Málaga), Spain
Tel: +34 95 257 39 86
Fax: +34 95 123 57 51
Cell: +34 629 68 56 55
Sweden: +46 763 10 92 00
E-mail: fredrik@faberklev.com

most of the info is on his website, whats not there is that the info is aged, there seems to be no real newactivity beside real estate development for vacation homes and time shares sold in Scandinavia, my personal feel on the man is that name dropping brngs him further but closing a deal does not come natural and he mostly wastes time.

Many thanks for the info RL.

This chap claims to have involvement in several large projects, however their always seems to be some catch or similar (see my previous posts regarding the BG for sale).

Kid, the way this guy has spoken in the past, I would think he ran a multi-company, multi-billion dollar conglomerate.

I've seen that last name before on a "bank guarantee" from about 2 years ago. I'll see if I saved a scanned copy.
