      Doesn't the market decide what it will bear and what it won't?

      If GM wants to sell crack, then they have to find a way to do it and make $$, and stay in business.

      Mortgaging the future for short term gains is standard practice in corporate america. It also leads to the demise of formerly strong businesses.
