I have to say, I enjoy a good laugh once in a wile! As long as folks don't take it the wrong way, poking fun at stereotypes isn't really a bad thing in my opinion. Folks poke fun at me, I poke fun at them!! Jeff Foxworthy and Bill Engval make a living at poking fun at differences; people love it!! I didn’t see this show, but I think folks are taking it a little too seriously!! Of course I'm stating this opinion from a Caucasian conservative male point of view!!

I didn't think the SNL skit wasn't funny because it was sterotyping Appalachian people, it just was stupid. The actors weren't even using the right dialects. It was cheap.
