| My sister, Gail, was here visiting from Venezuela. I haven't seen her since her youngest son was four. He is now 13! They are missionaries and have been living there for about 25 years. This was the firdt time they have actually beeen scheduled to do churches in WV. Anyway, I was telling her all about this class and the books we have read. I was really glad that I could enlighten her with all I have learned about WV. She was especially interested in the history of the coal mines and such, so I gave her some of the books that I already read. She was very excited about reading them. Now we can have something more than family to talk about in our emails. She will be traveling down to the coal mine area this week. I think all my talk got her excited about seeing more of WV. |

I MISS YOU RACINE!
That is awsome that you have sprinkled your wealth of knowledge upon the Venezualan missionaries. Seriously, I think that is one of the more important aspects of having an education; what is the point if you aren't going to help other people learn stuff. Do you know where in WV she is going? | |
