Why finally Enrique (before he dies) ask Mariana to marry V.M (as I remember E hate V.M) ?
Why Grachie (Enrique’s daughter) remains with Mariana ? Doesn’t with her grandfather ?

To be honest, I don't remember in detail what exactly happened in DDM (I saw it 6 years ago and now again). But, I'll try to answer your questions ....
VM goes to Japan because he feels cheated by M. He wanted the child before this (and there were a lot of kisses!). Enrrique realized that M loves and has always loed VM. Grachi has no one else.
