Thnx for putting the banner on the forum. But this banner should be at his real size, becuase then you will see the effects! Now it is too big and you dont see the effects!You can better put the other banner (but the big version, in page 3 Evelina wrote "Here is bigge", here she put the big version of the first banner)in place of the new one.
