Serving up a smorgasbord of fresh tracks from Scandinavia's finest purveyors of pop! Featuring live sets from the yummiest new talents in a new hip downtown venue.
This month we are tickled pink to be able to present the amazing My darling YOU!, a Gothenburg duo with some fantastically infectious, naive and heartwarming electropop. The Mr Pedro remix of their song Please Don't Talk To Me I Fall In Love So Easily has been playing on repeat on my iPod for the past month, and was a big hit on the dancefloor at the RAFA on our premiere night!
They will be joined by the lovely boys of Moneyflight, who croon seductively while they dip their pretty toes into the sea of pop and play hide and seek among the boulders of rock. Hopefully they'll dive head first into a brilliant performance during their UK debut.
Local support comes from St Deluxe, a heavenly Glasgow five-piece who play fuzzy-edged indie rock reminiscent of Dinosaur Jr and My Bloody Valentine.
Doors open at 8pm, so get there early to make sure you don't miss a beat!
