We've heard this is this best idea, we're practising too frequently to be able to afford studio rates anymore. Not got a clue how to go about it though; have searched letting agencies and such on the net but to no avail.

Anyone know the best way to go about getting a hold of a space, just some shitty basement or warehouse or something? And are there any other bands in a similar position who would be willing to split rent and equipment costs?

I agree with paying to much to practice, I'm also very interested in this situation of renting space. If you find anything that suits let me know man?
