Hi,

I'm currently booking summer dates for an Essex based Metal band called "State of the enemy". They will be on tour from 8th - 23rd August and all being well we'd like to include some scottish dates on this tour 15th, 16th & 17th.

They will be supported during this stage of the tour by Manchesters finest "The Vehicle Field"(www.myspace.com/thevehiclefielduk).

Here is a little info on the guys and a link to their site:

www.myspace.com/stateoftheenemy

"Furious, passionate and utterly ruthless in their precision delivery of grinding riffs, pounding bass lines and killer hooks. Their savage combination of sweet harmonies and larynx wrenching screams, frenetic stage performances and huge sound are just part of the reason for their ever growing army of fans."
- Panic Magazine, Chelmsford

This is State of the Enemy. A passionate, articulate, furious, five piece Alternative Metal/Hardcore band with a driving desire to get themselves firmly rooted into the national scene.

They were approached in the summer of 2007 by respected indie label Rising Records. By December of the same year they had walked away with a respectable five album deal under their belts and also some amazing prospects that had come through with their negotiations.

They have recently spent a week in the studio recording a track for the Metal Hammer cover CD on the May issue.

George (Bass and Backing Vocals) is now endorsed by Warwick Basses and Amps, one of the leading manufacturers of bass equipment in the world. Both the band and Warwick are looking forward to a long term working relationship with each other.

The dates have also been set for their debut album, to be produced by Mark Daghorn (Mendeed, NATO, Cradle of Filth, Trigger the Bloodshed) and mixed by Chris Sheldon (Foo Fighters, Biffy Clyro, Nex), commencing on September 1st 2008.

If you can offer any assistance for these dates please send an e-mail to: rebornmusic@live.co.uk

Or you can contact us through our myspace which is:

Thanks for you time,

Tommi
