      risk factors<1....diet for 160 LDL and for 190 LDL give drugs(statine first due to lowering of mortality)
      risk factor>2 or equal..diet for 130 and 160 drugs(same as above)
      CAD present(positive stress test!)...diet for 100 LDL and 130 LDL for drugs(same as above)
