Yay! I'm home! I'm so glad; I was really getting homesick. Here are my pictures!

A short while before I left for London, Sweet Violet swapped me some sticks for some leave-in, and I never got a chance to take pictures of them. I really love them, but for some reason stick pictures for me never come out right . Anyway, maybe you can get sort of an idea from these pics.

This is my very first hair fork! It doesn't properly hold up all of my hair, so I use it for half ups. It's such a pretty color; I like to wear it with beige .

This is my favorite one. The pic doesn't do it justice!

This is a geisha stick I ordered from LongLocks Hairsticks. It's really pretty! This, too, doesn't hold my hair very well, but can be used for decoration or for half up styles.

Here is a close up of the beads.

Twitch sent me an exquisite pair of sticks that she made. The stripes on them resemble those of a Bengal tiger, and because I live in Bangladesh, the tigers are very close to my heart . The beads on top are really pretty too, but I couldn't get a decent pic of them.

I've been needing a big barrette to hold my faux short 'do, so I got one from Claire's. I haven't tried it yet, though.

I have recently been experimenting with a new way of drying my hair. When it is slightly damp, I will put it up in a swirly bun for the day (I wash in the mornings). Before bedtime I take it down and let it dry over my pillow. Here is a pic of the waves I get as a result:

You can see that they are smoother. It is also much less wavy than my hair is when it is just air dried. I love my natural waves but they tend to frizz!

Here is a picture I took on July 28 of a shortened ponytail. I am going to see if I have time to put up step-by-steps of it in the Styling Station.

That's it for now on the hair stuff. I want to put in some pics of my family, so I have to go upload them. I'll be back in a bit .

Love,
~*Leia*~
